We are the Hampton Hill Photographic Society based south-west of London.

We are a small friendly group of committed and enthusiastic photographers who meet locally once a month to improve our photography by having either external speakers who talk about their work or techniques or by members presenting some of their work for discussion and helpful critique. Our members are mainly amateur but include semi-professional and professional photographers.

The Society was founded 27 years ago in a photographic studio in Hampton Hill High Street. After the owner moved, we met at St James’s Church Hall in Hampton Hill for some years before deciding to move last year to The Bell Inn, a pub on the river at Hampton.

We meet on the third Wednesday of the month in the upstairs room of the pub which gives members the opportunity to talk at the bar in the interval or after the meeting.

New members and visitors are always welcome. If you would like to join us, just turn up at the next meeting or download a Membership Form .

In 2010 David Hicks took over the position of Chairman. He and the committee plan a varied programme of presentations and events and look forward to welcoming newcomers.
