Gina Glover
Metabolic Landscape’ and her lensless landscape project ‘Liminal World
Gina will be showing images from her series ‘Metabolic Landscape’ and from her lensless landscape project, Liminal World, which was exhibited at Hooper’s Gallery, London, in 2010, and Le Cinq Gallery in Rabastens, France, in 2013.
Gina tries to find imagery, which visually symbolizes our own complex inner thoughts in order to make sense of the world and our place in it.
Since the mid- nineties, the themes of Gina’s work have been largely focussed on our relationship with nature. She tries to find imagery, which visually symbolizes our own complex inner thoughts in order to make sense of the world and our place in it.
Gina is a photographic artist, educationalist and founder-director of the successful Photofusion Photography Centre, London. She was educated at Chelsea Art School and in photography at the University of Westminster. Gina is a recipient of the Royal Photographic Society’s Hood Medal, the Medical Research Council’s Visions of Science Award (twice) and funding from Arts Council England (on three occasions.)
