Annual General Meeting

Our AGM will be held on this evening.  We would like Members to attend In Person, but will be offering the Hybrid Option to any who really can’t attend.

The meeting will follow our usual format of the Official AGM at 8.00 o’clock followed by a Picture Sharing session at 9.00pm.  The AGM will be Members Only, but guests are welcome to join the Picture Sharing Session (and to bring pictures along, if they wish).  

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT MEMBERS JOIN THIS AGM TO HELP DETERMINE THE FUTURE DIRECTION OF THE SOCIETY.

The Picture Sharing session will be digital and you are invited to share the usual five images of any genre you wish – perhaps some from the walks held in September and October, perhaps something else!   The choice is yours.  A dropbox and zoom link will be sent out much nearer the date of the meeting.
